Role OverviewAs an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the safe, compliant, on-time and efficient maintenance of Avelo aircraft at the line maintenance level. This is achieved by coordinating and executing aircraft maintenance, open transparent communication, and maintaining safety and compliance as Avelo’s first line of defense.
What You Will Do
Maintain an understanding of the maintenance program, coordinate and execute scheduled and unscheduled work loads, assume “ownership” of the aircraft while on duty, and maintain open communication with Team Leads, Maintenance Control and Pilots.

Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and troubleshooting and MEL/CDL procedures
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. for a distance of 10 feet
- Must be able to work outside in inclement weather
- Must be able to work shift work, weekends, and holidays
- Current and Valid Driver’s License required
- Must have the authority to work in the U.S as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986
- Must be able to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen
