Role OverviewThe Aircraft Records Specialist performs multiple levels of scheduling maintenance of assigned aircraft and associated aircraft in accordance with applicable instructions, technical orders, and commercial maintenance programs. This role develops logistics scheduling documents ensuring the successful accomplishment of all requirements.
What You Will Do
Manages and coordinates maintenance program with program managers, planning, the customer and other depts to ensure on time input/return of aircraft from heavy maintenance. Develops and schedules inspection and work packages for major, intermediate level, and scheduled inspections.

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with complex details and high attention to detail
- Previous experience and proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to recognize process or equipment deviations from expected performance or output
- Ability to fully understand manufacturer’s maintenance program(s); translating to our fleet of aircraft
- Passport or work authorization requirements to work in the U.S.
