Job Description
The Aircraft Systems Engineer will support the operations, sustainment, and advancement of aircraft systems for the E-6B platform. The role involves providing technical expertise to NAVAIR’s Airborne Strategic Command, Control and Communications Program Office (PMA-271), shaping aircraft systems strategies, objectives, and execution plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required
  • At least 3 years of experience with NAVAIR/NAWCAD acquisition processes
  • Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams and with external partners
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently
  • Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly organized, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
