Role OverviewThe Aircrew Training Coordinator will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and communication of all aircrew training. This role requires working closely with pilots, record specialists, flight department managers, finance personnel, training vendors, and all departments in the OCC.
What You Will Do
Scheduling of all aircrew initial and recurrent training events with the training providers, overseeing training slot reservations, and coordinating incentive days, crewmember scheduling shifts, and training assignments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university preferred
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Part 135 aviation knowledge and experience is a plus
