Role OverviewThe Airfoil Braze Operator is responsible for preparing parts for furnace brazing, inspecting products, and communicating with the Airfoil Braze Supervisor. The role involves working in a safe manner, maintaining cleanliness, and performing preventative maintenance. The operator must be able to obtain a forklift certification and have two years of experience in an operator or similar general production position.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Airfoil Braze Operator include cleaning and assembling parts, applying braze paste, and inspecting products. The operator must also communicate with the Airfoil Braze Supervisor, fill out production worksheets, and log daily activity. Additionally, the operator must mix braze paste and binder to proper specifications and transport parts to designated furnace areas.
