Role OverviewThe HRBP position will be based near the San Francisco International Airport, in Burlingame, CA, and with occasional travel to San Jose, CA, and Seattle WA. You will successfully lead the strategy and execution of all our HR efforts for half a dozen teams and roughly 360 employees.
What You Will Do
With a passion, amplifying our culture by supporting our people through ownership of our full-cycle Human Resources functions including team member relations, training and development, benefits, workers compensation, leave coordination, talent acquisition, adhering to company policies and practices, resolving payroll issues, onboarding and offboarding team members.

Requirements
- Five-plus years of experience in HR generalist
- Three-plus years of experience in onboarding and recruiting
- Experience with Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits)
- Experience with Employment Law Knowledge
- Experience with Employee Relations
- PHR/SPHR / SHRM CP/SCP certification is a plus but not required
