Role OverviewAs a Wheelchair Supervisor, you will oversee the wheelchair operation at an airport facility, ensuring that all passengers requiring assistance are treated with excellence. This hands-on position requires on-the-job security training and the ability to receive all applicable airport security badges.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assisting passengers in wheelchairs to and from their arrival/departure gate, assisting with moving luggage, and maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. You will also be required to communicate effectively and clearly with passengers, and to follow dispatcher gate orders.

This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push a loaded wheelchair up to 300lbs. You will also need to be able to obtain an airport badge and complete all required training, including airport compliance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to clear a background and drug screen
- At least (1) one year of supervisory experience
- Airline experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and push a loaded wheelchair up to 300lbs
