Role OverviewAs an Airport Curbside Concierge Check-in Agent, you will be responsible for handling and securing luggage, issuing boarding passes, and providing general information to passengers about locations/directions and flight information. You will work at a busy Airport curbside location assisting guests by checking their luggage and issuing boarding passes.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include checking in passengers for their flights, handling and securing luggage, issuing boarding passes, and providing general information to passengers. You will also be responsible for processing payments, answering telephones, and managing simple addition.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work in outside weather conditions, and have the ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients. You should also be able to manage payments received from guests and answer telephones and guest questions.
Requirements
- Ability to work in the early morning rotation
- At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position
- Data Entry and/or computer experience
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions
- Knowledge of the airline or travel industry
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening
- Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process
