Role OverviewAs an Airport Curbside Concierge Check-in Agent, you will be responsible for handling and securing luggage, issuing boarding passes, and providing general information to passengers about locations/directions and flight information. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and provide a high level of customer service to passengers.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include checking in passengers for their flights, handling and securing luggage, issuing boarding passes, and providing general information to passengers. You will also be responsible for managing payments received from guests, answering telephones and guest questions, and maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional manner at all times.

Requirements
- Ability to work in the early morning rotation
- At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position
- Data Entry and/or computer experience
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions
- Knowledge of the airline or travel industry
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening
- Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process
