Requirements

  • Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation
  • Coaches, counsels and mentors employees
  • Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station
  • Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members
  • Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
