Job Description
Alacrity Solutions is seeking a full-time Administrative and Sales Support Specialist to support both the call center and sales teams. This role involves providing administrative assistance, managing records, coordinating communications, and supporting sales activities. The goal is to ensure efficient day-to-day operations while driving business growth through organized support.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
