Job Description
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is seeking an ALFA Ops Support Specialist to support the contract management system (ALFA) and tax system, Vertex. The role requires experience in business, finance, and tax, as well as knowledge of Vertex O Series and sales and use tax laws. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Serve as primary business support contact and subject matter expert for ALFA and Vertex
  • Design, implement, and test configuration, business rules, and data changes in ALFA and Vertex
  • Contribute as subject matter expert to corporate initiatives impacting ALFA and Vertex
  • Participate in planning, development, and testing of system enhancements in ALFA and Vertex
  • Perform and support compliance testing for ALFA and Vertex system functionality
