Role OverviewThis position is responsible for the management of all yards receiving processes to ensure the safe, humane handling of livestock while providing accurate counts and identification including ante-mortem inspection.
What You Will Do
The individual will work closely with FSIS inspectors, Livestock Producers, Livestock Haulers, Livestock Handlers, Maintenance, Procurement, and Plant Operations.

Requirements
- BS degree in Animal Science or Agriculture preferred
- Livestock experience required
- Swine or cattle experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills required
