Role OverviewThe Senior EHR & Practice Management Informatics Specialist serves as the organization's primary resource for the administration, support, optimization, and ongoing improvement of the Allscripts/Veradigm Professional EHR and Practice Management (PM) platforms.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Allscripts/Veradigm Professional EHR and Practice Management applications, troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, and participate in application testing and validation activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Nursing, Clinical Operations, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience supporting Allscripts Professional EHR and/or Practice Management systems.
- Experience supporting ambulatory healthcare organizations, physician practices, community health centers, or multi-site clinical environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows, patient registration, scheduling, documentation, billing, and revenue cycle processes.
- Experience troubleshooting application issues and collaborating with software vendors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
