David's Bridal is seeking a Part Time Alterations Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate, customer-obsessed, and have excellent communication skills. As an Alterations CSR, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, managing customer flow, and promoting alterations services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
  • Prior sewing experience is helpful
  • Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
