Role OverviewAlterations Specialists are responsible for completing all fittings and alterations to the high standards of David's Bridal. They report to the Store Manager and are responsible for providing superior customer service.
What You Will Do
The Alterations Specialist will welcome customers, manage customer flow, and provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time. They will also assist stylists in closing sales, maintain store standards, and perform duties and tasks as assigned by store management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus
