Job Description
Easterseals PORT Health seeks compassionate, caring, and dedicated individuals to be an AFL Contractor to guide and manage DSPs and appropriate support services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in individual homes, support programs or residential settings in Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field
  • Must be QP qualified- 2 years of Full-Time work experience with IDD individuals
  • Minimum of Three years of program and supervisory experience required, including experience in residential services
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance
  • Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area
