Role OverviewThe Alternate Site Manager will support the Site Manager in directing contract performance and will have full authority to act for the company in the Site Manager’s absence. The position provides day-to-day leadership across workforce, workload, quality, reporting, and operational execution.
What You Will Do
Act for Kalman & Company on all contract-performance matters during the Site Manager’s absence. Support daily planning, supervision, and control of Distribution Center personnel and operations.

Requirements
- At least three years of experience in distribution management
- At least seven years of management experience in distribution operations comparable in size and complexity to the contemplated effort
- At least two years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past five years
- Demonstrated ability to plan, control, manage, and successfully complete warehouse and distribution work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a performance-driven, regulated, or Government logistics environment
- US Citizenship is required
- Must be eligible for access to a DoD installation and successfully complete the Government-required Moderate Risk Personnel Security Investigation and suitability process for a public trust or sensitive position
