Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have transactional or private funds experience and an interest in advising sovereign wealth funds and other large institutional investors on sophisticated investment transactions across multiple asset classes and global markets. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex secondary transactions, joint ventures, co-investments, fund investments, and other strategic investment opportunities.

What You Will Do

Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for complex investments across private equity, credit, real estate, venture capital, and infrastructure. Advise clients on deal structuring, governance arrangements, and regulatory considerations.

Requirements

  • 2–10 years of transactional or private funds experience at a major law firm
  • Experience with private equity transactions, fund formation, or related investment transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex investment and/or fund-related agreements
  • Strong understanding of transactional matters involving sophisticated institutional investors
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction required
