Job Description
We are seeking an Alternative Family Living (AFL) Provider to provide a stable and caring home for an individual with intellectual developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges. The provider will offer 24-hour supports and habilitation, and will work with the individual to achieve their goals of daily living skills/independence.
