Alternative Investments Subscriptions Analyst

The Alternative Investments Subscriptions Analyst will process subscriptions across a wide spectrum of alternative investments products, requiring effective communication and influence with internal and external partners. The role involves tactical and strategic thought leadership focused on process and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in a financial services-related field
• Experience in operations and/or alternative investments is advantageous
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 or Series 99 licenses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to follow directions and work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Inquisitive and creative thinker, motivated to learn, and driven to achieve exceptional results
• Efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks
• High level of organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Firm understanding of the importance of accuracy and its impact on quality and downstream processes
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
