Role OverviewThe Aluminum Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily aluminum processing operations, ensuring materials are processed safely, accurately, and efficiently to support fabrication and manufacturing requirements. This position leads department personnel responsible for cutting, processing, staging, and managing raw materials while maintaining quality standards, inventory accuracy, equipment readiness, and production flow.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing supervisory, lead, or leadership experience
- Experience in aluminum processing, fabrication, machining, manufacturing, or related industrial operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and manufacturing documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience utilizing ERP systems, production reporting tools, or inventory management systems
- Ability to effectively coach, train, and develop employees
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
