Alumni and Volunteer Coordinator

The Alumni and Volunteer Coordinator will play a key role in expanding and engaging CPC's supporters through meaningful community building. The role will involve developing and implementing strategies to collect alumni contact lists, manage the alumni database, and lead and organize annual alumni events. The Coordinator will also collaborate with the Individual Giving Team to develop volunteer-specific communications and lead volunteer operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in volunteer/alumni coordination
• Has some experience in community organizing and relationship building; event planning and coordination; and/or working with all ages and backgrounds in an educational or community setting
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM, Microsoft Office, Canva, and a strong commitment to data integrity
• Emotionally intelligent and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build thoughtful relationships and support donor engagement, stewardship, and events
• Strong project management, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion
• Passionate and/or familiar working with AAPI, immigrant, and low-income communities
