Job Description
Thompson Dallas is seeking an experienced and dependable AM Cook to join our culinary team. This position works the breakfast and brunch shift from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and plays a key role in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of breakfast cooking experience required
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Schedule flexibility required
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds safely and independently
