Job Description
Thompson Dallas is seeking an experienced AM Cook to join its culinary team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of breakfast cooking experience and thrives under pressure. The role is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and assembling dishes, maintaining mise en place, and supporting banquets and events as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of breakfast cooking experience required
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Schedule flexibility required
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds safely and independently
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout service
  • Ability to work in a hot, wet, and loud kitchen environment
  • Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, slicers, and knives
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
  • Responsible for bringing and maintaining personal cutlery tools/knife roll
  • Food Handler Certification
