Job Description
At Crescent Hotels & Resorts, we are seeking a qualified and talented candidate to fill our Part Time AM Cook position at the Aloft Mountain View. As our Front of the House Cook/Server, you will be preparing and serving food items in accordance with brand standards while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and service area.

Requirements

  • Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers.
  • Operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill.
  • Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
