AM F&B Supervisor

We're looking for an AM Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our morning restaurant operations and support a positive, efficient dining experience for our guests. In this role, you'll work closely with the F&B Manager and team to maintain service and quality standards, support and coach associates, respond to guest needs, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

Supervise and support daily AM food and beverage operations, lead, coach, and support restaurant associates, maintain food, beverage, cleanliness, and quality standards, respond to guest questions and concerns, and assist with training and development of food and beverage associates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or hospitality training preferred.
• Previous food and beverage, restaurant, hotel, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support a diverse team.
• Strong guest service skills and the ability to professionally handle guest concerns.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and applicable health and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to accurately handle financial transactions and utilize basic computer and office systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain as required; first aid training preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
