AM Restaurant Server - Full-time - $19.50 per hour

Requirements

• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards, upholding Miraval’s commitment to well-being and care
• Communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism when engaging with guests and colleagues
• Foster a collaborative and uplifting team environment through a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Maintain a thorough understanding of service standards and operational procedures as outlined in the Miraval Training Manual
• Possess in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, pricing, and the ability to provide vivid, engaging descriptions that reflect the culinary artistry of Miraval
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables within assigned section, reflecting Miraval’s standards of excellence
• Attend and actively participate in daily pre-shift meetings to align with team goals and service expectations
• Share guest feedback—both positive and constructive—with leadership to support continuous improvement
• Demonstrates adaptability and a collaborative spirit by supporting various Food and Beverage operations as needed, including restaurant service and banquet functions
• Accepts and fulfills additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership, acknowledging that duties may evolve and are not limited to those listed.
