Job Description
Serve as the conductor of the dining room, leading communication between the service team and delivering thoughtful, empathy-driven service to guests. Previous bartending, serving and/or customer service experience is required.

Requirements

  • Greet guests within 1 minute of being seated
  • Lead guests through all aspects of the dining experience
  • Provide gracious and professional food and beverage service
  • Be knowledgeable of the menu, brands, prices and options
  • Take guest beverage and/or food orders
  • Communicate allergy and dietary restriction information clearly
  • Retrieves and delivers food and beverage orders
  • Replenishes beverages and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
  • Clear plates and tables
  • Maintain a clean and orderly serving station
  • Present the check and handle transactions
  • Respond to guest service issues and report to Restaurant Management
