Job Description
The Dunlin, Auberge Collection, is a coastal retreat in South Carolina's Sea Islands offering a luxurious, design-led boutique hotel experience. The Culinary Foundation Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences and cultivate a high standard of quality and innovation.
Requirements
Culinary Certificate or Degree Preferred
Minimum of two years experience in a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef role
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Experience at a luxury hospitality property
