Role OverviewStaffs the Player’s Club office, issues rewards cards, and promotes the Player’s Club program. Actively recruits new memberships and assists guests with inquiries, transactions, and information.
What You Will Do
Acknowledge guests, issue rewards cards, perform data entry, and maintain confidentiality of guest information. Promote the Casino Del Sol Resort and its services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have six months of guest service experience, ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and computer proficiency. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
