Role OverviewStaffs the Player’s Club office, issues cards to new members, and assists guests with inquiries, transactions, and information. Actively recruits new memberships.
What You Will Do
Acknowledges and greets guests, promotes the Casino Del Sol Resort, creates and issues rewards cards, performs data entry, issues point vouchers, and maintains confidentiality of guest information.

Requirements
- Six months guest service experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Computer proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Must successfully pass competency assessment
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, special events, and overtime
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to obtain, maintain, and retain a valid gaming license
