The Ambassador Host assists Executive Hosts in generating incremental gaming revenue by providing excellent customer service to VIP casino guests and collaborating with Player Development team members.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • One year of prior customer service experience
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming License
