Job Description
Join our team as an Ambassador Services Coordinator at SeaWorld Orlando. This role involves coordinating new hire orientation, communicating with ambassadors, and maintaining inventory. We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Requirements
One or more years of customer service experience
Must be least 18 years old
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn new computer systems
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
Scheduling flexibility
State driver’s license preferred
Ability to stand for entire shift
Ability to push/pull at least 35 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable with heights
