Role OverviewPerforms and assists in transporting patients of all ages from UVA Health Northern VA Culpeper to other healthcare facilities, nursing care facilities, or residence with qualified personnel as mandated by the patient's condition.
What You Will Do
Transport patients, perform IV/IO access, operate mechanical ventilators, and follow REMS and department protocols.

Must remain calm and organized in emergent situations, have good judgment, and be able to communicate effectively in English.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of work experience as a cleared ALS provider
- State EMT/Paramedic certification
- Advance Life Support Attendant: Paramedic
- Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC)
- Valid Driver's License
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS
