Job Description
Performs and or assists in transporting of patients of all ages from UVA Health Northern VA Culpeper to other health care facilities, nursing care facilities or residence with qualified personnel as mandated by the patient’s condition.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • EMT-Basic
  • Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • AHA BLS
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be available for rotating shifts
  • Must be available to work six shifts per six week schedule to include at least two weekend shifts
  • Must be available to work two Holidays annually
