Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree PharmD from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • Registered Pharmacist (RPH) within 90 Days
  • ACPE-IV Sterile Compounding (IV) Certification
  • BLS Certification
  • Participate in the medication use evaluation (MUE) process
  • Identify and report medication errors
