The American Girl NYC retail store is looking for a dynamic individual as a Personal Shopping Assistant to provide administrative support to the American Girl Personal Shoppers, as well as providing personalized service to customers.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of retail sales and service experience
  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability working with a broad and diverse work force and customer base, including working with children
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player; flexible to meet changing business demands
  • Must be available to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
