Job Description
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of group benefit programs across the Americas region, including Canada and LATAM locations, and providing exceptional customer service to employees. The role also partners with the wellbeing team to deliver impactful wellbeing events and education to employees and manages wellbeing platforms.

Requirements

  • Experienced in Workday Benefits Administration
  • Experienced in Oracle and Service-Now
  • Experienced in running wellbeing initiatives
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish essential, Portuguese optional)
  • Project and change management skills
  • Strong operational communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A flair for generating new ideas and driving change through new approaches
  • Strong sense of personal initiative and time management
  • Three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
  • Knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, PFL, PDL, Workers Comp, Military Leave, ERISA, HIPAA and applicable state and federal laws
  • Experienced in benefits platforms, ideally Benifex
  • Strong numeracy and analytics
