Job Description
We are seeking an Americas Salesforce Specialist to support and enhance the use of Salesforce across our commercial teams in the region, with a focus on reliability, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Americas commercial teams on Salesforce usage, functionality and system support
  • Provide day to day operational support, including user onboarding, access management and troubleshooting
  • Translate business requirements into clear briefs and work with IT and global technology teams to deliver system enhancements
