Role OverviewThis position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and functional expertise to the Supply Chain Operations in the Americas on implementing projects across a wide range of disciplines. The role will be responsible for the development, deployment, and coaching of site leaders and team members for various systems and projects across the Americas region.
What You Will Do
Lead projects, develop and deploy systems, coach site leaders and team members, participate in ASC JTE Program, close interaction with Health and Safety pillar, Training and Development pillar, and provide support for Organizational Capability and Effectiveness through Future Ready Workforce programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Supply Chain or related field
- 7+ years of business experience in Supply Chain, Change Management, Learning and Development or other related Supply Chain disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Ability to lead and work with regional, cross-functional, and multi-site teams
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills
