Role OverviewAs an AmeriCorps Math Fellow, you will deliver intensive, small-group math instruction during the school day, working directly with students to build their confidence, strengthen their foundational math skills, and help them reach their full potential. You will receive structured onboarding, regular 1-on-1 coaching, collaborative lesson planning, and whole-group professional development throughout the program year.

Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age at the start of service
- Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident
- Satisfy the National Service Criminal History Check requirements
- Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in English required; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Passion for educational equity, strong communication skills, empathy, adaptability, and a desire to work directly with students
- Ability to commit to the full school-year term of service and reliably commute to assigned school placement and commit to assigned schedule
- Satisfy Blueprint and local school/district background screening requirements
