Requirements

  • Lead the strategy, prioritization, and execution of AML data oversight initiatives
  • Drive modernization of AML data quality, reconciliation, and lineage capabilities
  • Oversee effective identification, escalation, and remediation of AML data risks
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Financial Crimes, Technology, and Risk
  • Influence policies, standards, and procedures related to AML data integrity
  • Lead and develop a growing AML Data Integration & Oversight team
  • Represent the AML data agenda in senior forums
  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics and scorecards
