The Analog Design Engineering Internship is offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on business needs at the time of the internship assignment.
What You Will Do
Contribute to design of multiple functional blocks including LNA, switch, DSA, SOI analog blocks, and RF Modules. Meet performance requirements while considering size, cost, footprint, and schedule. Work as a member of a team to contribute design schematics, simulations, and real lab data. Keep a weekly summary log on progress and performance.

This internship is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program. Candidates must have completed analog/RF circuit design coursework and have software experience with Cadence Virtuoso. Competitive hourly pay is offered commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- Student must have completed some analog/RF circuit design course work with focus on LDO, bandgaps circuits, differential amplifiers, and operational amplifiers
- Student must have completed some analog layout courses with focus on good layout techniques like Common Centroid layout, Interdigitated layout and use of dummy devices
- Student must have software experience with Cadence Virtuoso, PVS and Assembler and Explorer
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
