Role OverviewThe Activism & Raid Defense team advises executives and boards of directors of public companies on shareholder activism, hostile and contested M&A, and other shareholder advisory matters. This role will be responsible for performing financial, statistical, corporate governance, and shareholder analyses, conducting research, and preparing client presentation materials.
What You Will Do
As an Analyst in the M&A Activism & Raid Defense team you will: Play a key role defending clients in live activism defense situations, including proxy fights and hostile and contested M&A transactions. Create client presentations regarding shareholder activism. Assist clients in preparing for hostile activity, including preparing activism vulnerability assessments across a range of factors.
