Job Description
Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Charter Representative Analyst to be responsible for routing, scheduling, and supporting all aspects of the Charter Representative Program. The role requires advanced judgment and the ability to manage complex scheduling needs across multiple lines of business with limited supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in airline or operational scheduling environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated agility in adapting to new variables in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply past experience to new operational challenges
  • Capability to make sound decisions quickly during high-pressure operational disruptions
  • Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining autonomy in execution
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require
