Job Description
Lincoln Avenue Communities is seeking an Analyst to support the development of affordable housing nationwide. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full development lifecycle, from evaluating new opportunities to assisting with financing and closings. The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, clear communication skills, and a passion for real estate development.

Requirements

  • Build financial models and presentations for new development and acquisition opportunities
  • Partner with prospective lenders and investors to negotiate and secure debt and equity financing
  • Conduct market research to support new opportunities and active projects
  • Support construction management and design processes
  • Compile and review due diligence materials
  • Coordinate and prepare applications and documentation related to debt and equity financing
  • Help manage acquisitions and support deal execution
  • Research and analyze materials to evaluate multifamily development opportunities
