Analyst, Energy & Asset Efficiency

The Energy & Asset Efficiency Analyst supports fleet asset and energy efficiency planning through capital portfolio analysis, financial tracking, asset performance monitoring, and business case development. The role collaborates with Asset Teams, Technical Operations, Decarbonization, Finance, Technical Projects, and shipboard stakeholders.

What You Will Do

The Analyst will support the annual and multi-year Asset and Energy capital planning process, provide analytical support to Asset and Decarbonization leaders, analyze and report capital and operational budgets, and develop analytical tools and presentations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, ability to work with large datasets, and experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools. They will also be able to collaborate with shipboard leadership, corporate stakeholders, Finance, technical teams, and external vendors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in asset performance, energy efficiency, engineering support, project controls, data analytics, financial analysis or marine operations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Maritime Studies, Business, Finance or a related discipline
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and financial models
• Ability to work with large datasets, reconcile information across sources, and translate analysis into clear business insights
• Willingness to travel for occasional ship visits and business needs
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
