Requirements

  • Monitor and manage Service Now queues for all customer tickets raised.
  • Resolve tickets in a timely manner and follow standard incident and change management practices.
  • Follow escalation matrix and work with appropriate stakeholders to identify and route the issues that are not in scope for the team.
