Responsibilities include analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, and assisting with performance measurement and trend analysis.

Requirements

  • Conduct objective, rigorous analytics to help the business improve profitability, operational processes, and customer service
  • Distill vast datasets into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Play an active role in the development, roll-out, and post-launch evaluation of strategic projects
  • Develop and support reporting for operating departments
  • Use technology (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Power BI, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Python) to develop analytics and reporting tools
